Who we are?
Our leadership brings over 15 years of international Human Resources experience including more than 5 years within the HR teams of a major international cruise line and over 10 years of Food & Beverage experience across a wide range of onboard roles, from operational positions to management level.
This combined, firsthand industry experience enables us to fully understand the operational needs of cruise companies as well as the expectations, challenges, and career aspirations of candidates embarking on life at sea.
